WL Tech ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is dedicated to providing high-quality digital services through the PDF Slicer application. Please read this policy carefully as it describes the refund and purchase process for our digital services.
The "Pro" upgrade is a permanent, one-time purchase that provides lifetime access to all current and future Pro features. There are no recurring subscription fees or billing periods.
As our Service provides immediate and permanent access to digital tools and features upon payment, we typically do not offer refunds once the Pro features have been activated on your account. However, exceptions may be made in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (our payment partner) within 5-7 working days.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service at any time. If we terminate the Service permanently, we will make reasonable efforts to provide continued access for existing Pro users or offer appropriate compensation.
